We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Assistant to assist in,

  • Coordinating courier for customers.
  • Consistently ensure that clients are satisfied.
  • Comply with the standard operating procedures.
  • Deal directly with clients, carriers, and different departments within the company.
  • Responsible for warehousing, package handling, and distribution.
  • Manage daily routine and operations effectively and efficiently using the DHL system.
  • The process required shipping documents or parcels with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Problem solver mindset to proactively customize solutions for each customer’s needs.
  • Perform all other tasks related to this position.
  • Inquiry management (inbound and outbound).
  • Understand and follow company procedures.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately with our customers.
  • Have a passion for making customers happy.
  • Willing to learn with a good attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in managing freight/cargo/courier is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer system.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
