As a Customer Service Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for any of our agents/partners who have questions, feedback, and compliments! Hence, we are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic problem solver to join our Commercial Sales Team,

  • To update Partners and Agent’s sales in “Summary Weekly Sales Activity 2019”.
  • To track stocks for commercial ready stocks, partner kit items and request new orders when necessary.
  • To manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • To do file keeping in Google Drive.
  • To build a sustainable relationship with customers.
  • To assist colleagues within administrative job scope when necessary.
  • To respond to customer’s inquiries via Gorgias platform:
  • LiveChat (Autogoodies)
  • Messenger (Facebook)
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Calls
  • To assists and guide customers on order placement, refunds, other chargers, refunds, or exchange to meet the team’s sales target.
  • To update order progress-fulfillment, invoice, etc
  • To inform customers of upcoming promotions.
  • Model verification: Vellfire, Alphard, City, trapo back order, etc. (if necessary)
  • To manage customer’s account-upgrade, downgrade, records progress, etc.
  • To issue AR form for refunds, exchange, and follow up.
  • To manage, create, and submit Gorgias ticket with complete information for rework approval.
  • To update customers on rework status and delivery updates.
  • To follow up and update the status of an approved ticket.
  • To close the ticket and update the rework CN and other necessary information.
  • To arrange necessary arrangements, Reverse Collection, Third Party RC.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader from time to time.
