1. Co-operate with team leaders and senior analyst engineer. Perform problem isolation and troubleshooting for incidents reported/ detected till resolution. Maintain the internal and customer network infrastructure (Firmware Upgrade, Network Assessment/ Housekeeping). Interest to learn various products. Develop and fine tune incident response methodology. Develop SOP on network equipment support and troubleshooting. Work on shift basis. Ability to work independently.
