1. Perform initial 2nd level troubleshooting for incidents detected/reported
2. Communicate with customers during incidents to provide timely updates on the progress.
3. Plan, strategize and manage the services and implementation of Managed Network across BPO and external customers are timely delivered, operational excellent, meeting customer needs and efficient services.
4. Manage and formulate and effective delivery, deployment, support and maintenance services plan with the introduction of new technology, automation, partnership and outsourcing to ensure deployment services meet Service Level Agreement (SLA).
