Job Responsibility:
- Work in a team to create new marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Implement strategies to generate sales lead and drive brand awareness
- Run digital marketing campaigns (e.g Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Content Marketing etc)
- To manage the budget and performance of digital marketing campaigns
- To create content that generate qualify leads for sales department
- To maintain and keep customer database up-to-date
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in marketing & sales department with basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Able to plan and launch a Facebook or Google campaign from scratch
- Understand how SEO and content marketing work
- Basic copywriting skills
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- People-serving attitude
- Fast and independent learner (even though coaching will be provided)
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Familiar with design tools (e.g. Canva and Toonly)
- Familiar with graphic design tool
- Sales experience
- Graphic design
