Act as secondary level of support to strengthen customer satisfaction via phone calling and email conversation.
Able to understand business strategies, processes, system design/function and its related integration.
Able to analyse and identify the root cause of applications used and business processes.
Provide effective resolution with the help of knowledge articles in order to resolve issues of applications in a timely manner.
Act as software application support.
Develop quality working relationships by having close follow-up and collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide professional and effective advices for end users, key stakeholders as well as co-workers through oral and written communication.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in supporting enterprise large scale ERP, PLM, QMS, MES, labelling solutions
Experiences in Oracle JDE/ SAP, Siemens PLM, Siemens MES, Loftware, Pragmatyx, DNS, TCP/ IP, Exchange etc.
At lease one years working experiences to related field.
ITIL certification is an advantage to be shortlisted.
