THE ROLE

  • Establish initiatives to meet sales strategies & ensure business retention
    Continuous recruitment of new agents
    Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection
    Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
    Constant social engagement with corporate clients, agents and other
    intermediaries Accept and underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines

THE PERSON

  • Posseses a recognised Degree in Marketing, Business or any other related discipline
    Professional qualification in insurance is an added advantage
    Good communication Skills
    Good interpersonal skills
    At least 8 years of working experience in the General Insurance Industry is required
    Demonstrate the ability to lead by communicating a vision and motivating and leading others towards achievement of the business objectives
